Heavenly balanced and smooth strawberry. Red and sweet like a small alpine strawberry that is picked high in the mountains. Commercial strawberries that we buy in the store are a hybrid of two species: one gives them their flavor, the other gives them their shape and size. This is the special species of strawberry that is small and hard to reach on the high mountains, but flavored by its proximity to heaven.  This flavor is extremely concentrated and will get a soapy distortion if mixed in at to high a level.  Recommend starting at 1% Go up and down from here to find the best spot in your recipe.

worth the $$
this is a great flavor if you have issues with tasting strawberry. it does not fade and is unbelievably concentrated. this is not a candy flavor but much more realistic with slight floral notes. above 1% is too much. start @ 0.25% and go up. worth the price if strawberry is your thing.

Floral Crisp Strawberry
This has become my favorite strawberry flavoring. You can't go in to this thinking it's like every other strawberry though; it is a very forward, crisp, floral strawberry. When I say floral it's not that it tastes of flowers, more so that the flavor hits your palate in the same spot a floral note would, which makes the strawberry flavor very forward and some folks who typically can't taste strawberry have said they are able to taste the strawberry from this one. Though I love the flavor on this Strawberry, it does not mix well with creams in my experience. Keep this one in fruit, tobacco, and floral mixes and it will surprise you how well it does in those recipes.

Unfortunately this one didn't come anywhere close to expectations. Mixed with simple recipes, at levels varying from 1-5% and it's just not good. Had others try the mixes and the overall consensus was the same. Everyone, myself included said it tastes more like soap. Steeping up to 6 days only made it slightly better. Pretty bummed.
